What happens when you hold mountain pose for 8 full breaths? Your ankles, knees, and hips align in a way that builds structural awareness most people never experience. Each foundational pose teaches your body to recognize balance, strength, and release patterns that carry into daily movement.

Through 12 core poses, you develop practical skills: spinal flexibility measured by degrees of safe rotation, hip mobility gauged by comfortable sitting positions, and breath control that lowers resting heart rate by 6 to 11 beats per minute.
